Ampli-Fey™ Digital One-Color is an imprint method that covers the product surface with a digital imprint that creates visual impact.
Reflective products require 5 pt. type or larger.
Vinyl and other materials require minimum of 4 pt. bold text or 6 pt. fine text; 0.5 pt. line weight and 0.5 pt. line spacing or greater.

Factory Stock Colors are available at no extra charge. Factory Color Match is available with a charge of $60.00 (G) using CMYK and Pantone Solid Coated library.
Exact match not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply. Metallic, Fluorescent and Neon colors not available.

Ampli-Fey™ Digital Full-Color is an imprint method that covers the product surface with a digital imprint that creates visual impact. Able to produce rich photographic quality images with customer provided artwork.
Decoration and final product will have glossy finish. Ampli-Fey™ Full-Color decoration method creates visual impact and is a great way to give your design the extra "wow" effect.
Reflective products require 5 pt. type or larger.

Magnetic products are constructed of non-toxic USA made white flexible magnet. Please refer to specifications on specific products regarding indoor versus outdoor use, mil thickness, or ability to write and/or erase. No Metallic, Neon, or Fluorescent colors available on any magnet products. Please select from our Fey Stock Imprint Colors shown on page 272 on your P.O. to avoid a PMS Factory Color Mix charge. If a non-stock color or PMS number is listed, the requested color will be used and a PMS Charge and applicable running charges will apply. PMS Color Matches are not guaranteed due to variations in inks and raw materials. We will use the stock color requested and match as close as possible. As our stock imprint colors are printed using Ampli-Fey™ Digital Full-Color decoration, they are not exact representations of the colors used.

Magnets: A 0.125" margin is required from the edge of the item on most products.
Small magnetic signs require 0.1875" margins.
Large magnetic signs require 0.25" margin.

Colorfill

Colorfill combines hot stamping and debossing to create greater imprint dimension. This is best used on executive vinyl materials.
Minimum of 12 pt. type recommended; Minimum of 1 pt. line weight; and 1 pt. line spacing on artwork required.

Deboss

Debossing uses a die to depress your image into the vinyl surface. This is best used on executive vinyl materials. Minimum of 12 point type recommended; Minimum of 1 pt. line weight; and 1 pt. line spacing on artwork required.

Entrapment Ring Binders

Entrapment seals a full color paper insert behind a layer of clear vinyl. This layer of clear vinyl provides a glossy finish around the entire product which protects the inside printed piece of paper.
Paper inserts can be provided by the customer, or we can print them for you. Entrapment will cover the front, back, and spine no matter the location of the inserts.

Set-Up Charge: $60.00 (G) per location.

Additional run charge will apply.

Customer supplied inserts for entrapment are included in the price. Front, back, and spine or any combination.

Hot Stamp

Hot stamping applies foil to the vinyl surface using a die. Not recommended for multiple colors with close registration.
Requires a minimum of 8 pt. type, 1 pt. line weight, and 1 pt. line spacing on artwork. 1/8" minimum distance between colors for multi-color imprints.
Imprint will be sized up to the maximum imprint area size of the selected product. If larger than 10 square inches, oversize charges may apply but must be specified clearly on your PO.
Imprints must be at least 1/8" apart.

PMS color match not available.

Laser Engraved

Laser Engraving uses computer generated beam technology to cut the image into the product. Utilized on stainless steel, metal, bamboo, wood, and leather/leatherette products.
Requires 6 pt. type or larger. No serif fonts for imprint method. 1 pt. line weight (1.5 pt. on reverse copy or art), and 1 pt. line spacing is recommended on all artwork.
If bold fonts are used, 1.5 pt. spacing is needed.

Note: because of naturally occurring variations in the grain and color of bamboo and wood products, laser engraved decorations within a run will vary in appearance and not guarantee dark engraving. Laser etch inspection will be based off the technical aspects of the laser etch and not how the logo visually stands out. Pad Printing is recommended when the intended result of the logo is to stand out.

Pad Print

Pad printing applies ink directly to objects with irregular surfaces. Ideal for printing on small products that are not flat.
Requires a minimum of 6 pt type; 1 pt. line weight (1.5 pt. on reverse copy or art); and 1 pt. line spacing on artwork.
Imprints must be at least 1/16" apart.

Screen Print - Fabric

Screen printing applies color directly to the substrate surface. Ideal for close registration with multiple colors and for large imprint areas.
Requires a minimum of Bold San Serif 14 point type, and 4 pt. line weight.
