Is there a charge for random samples?
There is no charge for random samples when last column catalog price (EQP) is less than $10.00. Random samples will be invoiced at Net EQP on items with a last column catalog price (EQP) that is equal or greater than $10.00. Shipper number required.
Is there a charge for electronic proofs?
Charge is $15.00 (G) each.
Is there an Overrun/Underrun Policy?
All orders are subject to ship 5% over/under the qty ordered except for paper presentation folders and paper binders. These are subject to 10% overs/unders. Orders requiring exact quantity will be billed $50.00(G).

What is Cold Crack?
Cold Cracking occurs when vinyl is exposed to extreme cold temperatures and is dropped and or knocked during handling. Vinyl becomes very brittle when temperatures get below freezing and become prone to cracking along the seams, corners and across the body of vinyl binders and similar products. As a manufacturer located in Minnesota, we take cold cracking very seriously and we want to take all reasonable steps to ensure that our customer orders arrive in excellent condition.
